Prioritizing your mental health can be difficult. Finding a good psychiatrist shouldn’t be.
Dr. Rija Siddiqui first meets with a patient for a comprehensive initial evaluation. This allows Dr. Siddiqui to better understand the patient’s history, including what led the patient to want to work with a psychiatrist to prioritize her mental health.
Dr. Siddiqui then works with each of her patients to develop a treatment plan together. The patient’s short and long term goals are the focus of each treatment plan. Treatment recommendations may include medication, therapy, and/or lifestyle modifications. Frequency of follow-up appointments are scheduled depending on the individual needs of the patient.
